Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Clickr SEO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Clickr SEO is a dashboard that connects to your Google Search Console accounts to aggregate and display search performance data across multiple properties. We do not modify your Google Search Console data; we only read it.

3. Google Account Authorization

To use the Service, you must authorize Clickr SEO to access your Google Search Console data via OAuth 2.0. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account permissions. Revoking access will prevent the Service from retrieving new data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Clickr SEO and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all ownership of your Google Search Console data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data displayed will be completely accurate or current.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clickr SEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
